The KNIPEX long nose pliers with cutter is a great tool for gripping in hard-to-reach spaces and for cutting wire. Had the tip break off on one of these after a year. Never had any other brand break 1/4" off the end, rendering the whole point of "needle nose" useless. I've used better

Expensive but Worth It

I hesitated to buy these pliers because they were so much more expensive than run-of-the-mill pliers, but they are so well made and work so smoothly that it brings a smile to my face every time I use them. The polar opposite of buyer's remorse!

Needle Nose Pliers

4 years ago

When everyone else has pliers with blue handles you have ones that are red. Red stands out are easy to find in dim lighting, covered in snow, on a common work bench or in someone else's tool box. In ten years I can write a better review, whither the handles crack in the cold or react to chemicals, if the tips wear out or bend and how the cutting edge has lasted. Right now I will say they work as I expected them to and are not awkward to handle.
