Q: Can you use on rubber Can you use on rubber? I want to lubricate the bushings on a car. Is this safe or will it effect the rubber?

A: Kleen-flo Honey Goo Lubricant is actually ideal for wiper motor linkages. Honey Goo’s proprietary formulation Penetrates, Lubricates and Protects. When spraying motor linkages Honey Goo will penetrate into the joints leaving the lubricant in the joint where it is needed most. It then has a bee’s wax component that will act as a protectant keeping moisture, dirt and debris out. Honey Goo should be used sparingly. A little will go a long way and more is not necessarily better. Just apply a thin layer and let Honey Goo work it’s Magic.

Q: Does it lubricate air tools

A: Hi We recommend using an oil designed specifically for air tools to lubricate air tools as they have an important cleaning component as well as a lubricating agent. This product does not contain a cleaning agent and would also likely be too thick for air tools. Thank you.

A: HI, Yes it does have a very light sent, but not a bad one, it’s a very good lubricant and it stays were you spray it.

A: YES. Kleen-flo Honey Goo Lubricant will work on wiper linkages. In fact it is ideal. Honey Goo has a penetrating component that penetrates leaving a lubricant right in the joint where it is needed most and then it has a bee’s wax that acts as a protectant keeping moisture and dirt out.

Q: Does this also work for bicycle chains and cables?

A: Honey Goo is ideal for bicycle chains. Honey Goo penetrates, lubricates and protects. When you spray a bicycle chain the penetrant penetrates the chain leaving the lubricant where it is most needed. Then the bees wax in Honey Goo acts as a protectant keeping dirt and moisture out. The only suggestion we have is not to spray too much or gently wipe any excess product. Allow enough time to let the product penetrate and then gently wipe leaving a small film.

Q: Can you use on existing rust? Does HoneyGoo get rid of the rust or just prevent rust from occurring? I have a few "problem areas on my vehicle that I've sanded, painted, tried other products, etc., but the rust just keeps coming back.

A: Honey-Goo helps prevent rust and corrosion when used but cannot eliminate rust; once the rusting process has occurred Honey-Goo cannot remove it. Honey-Goo is a preventative product that helps slow this process down or if used before rust appears it can help it from occurring. I hope this helps

Q: How do you actually use this product? Do you just spray certain areas? Can you see a "film" over the areas that have been sprayed? Does it work to spray it on very small rust spots and prevent the rust from spreading?

Q: Sticking drawer Can this product be used to make wooden drawers slid easier?

A: If the slide mechanism is metal or some other composite, the application is ideal. If the wooden drawers are simply sliding on the wooden frame, we would not recommend this as the product can become very tacky....
