This KitchenAid® Digital Countertop Convection Oven with Air Fryer has worked out great👍 Had enough time to try everything out, and would recommend this unit as a great buy when on sale. Now let's see how long this KitchenAid® Digital Countertop Convection Oven with Air Fryer actually lasts. Too bad the time given to comment closes so you can't respond on items after a bit of time goes buy. That's when a truly effective assesment can be achieved. Should allow reviewers this option to add to their review to let others know their experiences. Naturally everything works just great initially. Six months from now? Year?

Purchased as a replacement to another unit (Ninja space-saver). Have had a similar KitchenAid Oven twice before and prefer this style over the one I just replaced. The cavity provides more options for preparing food over the Ninja. So far so good on this unit.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this for a countertop oven in our basement suite. It’s the only oven we have. It is excellent, easy to use, fast and we love it. Except for one issue. The inside is not tall enough to take a cassarole dish with the lid on. That is a little frustrating.

A: It does have a timer. I haven't tried all the different modes yet but I have used the timer for toasts, regular baking, convection baking and air frying.

A: Hello, thank you for contacting our Whirlpool Customer Care Team. Model KCO124BM does not have a dedicated cool touch feature. The handle will stay cool, but the outer surface may get hot during use, especially near the vents. Please use caution and avoid touching the sides while the oven is operating. We hope this helps.
