The enamel coating on the flat beater was chipped out of the box. The support website was no help for getting a replacement. Mixer seems to work well.

A: it's quite heavy (20 lbs), but that's because it's all metal - no plastic parts so it's very durable. but you can just leave it on your counter, cuz you will use it practically everyday, and these days, you can buy it in almost any color to match your decor
