(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have enjoyed the ease this stand mixer had allowed me in the kitchen. It’s sturdy, the quality seems good, and I appreciate that it comes with 3 different attachments. I even used the splatter shield, which I didn’t think I would need!

Gorgeous colour!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this a few months ago and was so excited. The colour is absolutely gorgeous! It works well and is decently quiet. Only thing is that I have to scrape the side of the bowl periodically. It bumps up and down sometimes but overall is a fantastic addition to the kitchen. I wish the attachments were stainless steel

My New Artisan Stand Mixer

A beautiful well built appliance that complements my newly renovated kitchen. I love it! Saves me time vs. hand held electric mixer for recipes requiring extended mixing and whipping and also kneading dough to perfection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellence! This is a replacement for the KitchenAid stand mixer that I bought over 20 years ago! The old one still works perfectly. Given to a younger family member so I could upgrade.

Q: How does the Artisan mixer differ from other KitchenAid mixers" Is it because it comes in multiple colours?

A: Other "box store" KitchenAid stand mixers have a lower wattage motor. They however are built by the same factory in Ohio by hand. The Artisan mixer has 75 more watts of power to get the job done. For the serious cook, the best bet would be to pay the extra money to ensure that you can be as productive as you would like. Also the bowl size. The Artisan has a 5 quart capacity while the smaller version has 4.5 quarts. Other than that, the only difference is that you may not receive the mixing shield and would have to purchase this extra when buying a lower cost KitchenAid stand mixer. Also there is an amazing array of colors! I would highly recommend paying the extra money to get the machine with the most power.
