t Two week before Christmas my hand mixer shorted, sparked and started on fire. I needed a mixer to finish my baking. I have a stand mixer too but I prefer my hand mixer for many recipes. My new Kitchen Aid mixer came to my rescue and my baking was finished. Very light and easy to use mixer.
