The bike is fine for what it is. The training wheels are adjustable where the wheel connects through the support and not at the rear axle where they connect to the frame.

Love this bike, looks aesthetically pleasing and training wheels are a bit wobbly but that forces my guy to try and balance. Would recommend this. The frame is perfect size for a 4/5 year old beginner and he's been saying its a comfortable ride.
