Exceptional deal , I checked prices everywhere and these were the best deal I could find , although even Canadian Tires regular price was better than most others anyway so it was an extra bonus for me because I bought 4 10 lb and 4 5.5 lb as gifts for the kids

Q: Does the extinguisher needs to be inspected and tagged before installation?

A: As this extinguisher is for a home inspection and tags are not necessary. However regular checking of the gauge is a good idea to see if it is ready for use and the pin is in to prevent unintended use. If this was for a business make a tag and do your monthly checks rotating the extinguisher upside down and back a couple times. Or go through a business that will inspect your extinguisher and sign your tag if it is operational. The extinguisher is capable just the operator still needs training in the use to meet worksafe and health and safety regulations. Tags are records of inspection that the extinguisher is charged and ready for use.

A: Probably not. Canadian Tire has changed their return policy making it almost impossible to return anything. I’ve started making my purchases at Home Depot or TSC.
