Malheureusement j’ai reçu une mauvaise info de la part d’un employé de CTR et j’ai fait un mauvais choix. On m’avait GARANTI que la poignée était rétractable ce qui qui était FAUX. J’ai donc du échanger le traîneau dans un autre magasin car j’étais en voyage…..très déçue de cette stratégie…de vente ….volontaire ou par ignorance. Pas très professionnel…..
