Q: Love the colour,look and size but when the coffee drips into the mug it spatters coffee over the counter and makes a mess! Very disappointing. Is there some kind of adjustment I can make?

J'ai acheté cet article il y a à peine un an et déjà il ne fonctionne plus. Aucune possibilité de réparation, la compagnie me réfère à la FAQ qui n'offre pas de solutions à mon problème. Les instructions de rédaction ici ne me permettent de parler d'un concurrent dont les capsules de café sont plus chères mais qu'en bout de ligne devient plus économique parce qu'il n'oblige pas l'achat d'une nouvelle cafetière à chaque année. N'existe-t-il pas une loi sur l'obsolescence? De plus, cette cafetière s'adresse aux amateurs de cafés dilués car il y a un minimum d'eau à respecter dans le réservoir pour la faire fonctionner. Même à rabais, elle ne vaut pas ... le coup (pour rester poli). Personnellement, je vais m'abstenir d'essayer un autre modèle du fabricant.

We have had this coffee maker 14 months. It quit working today ,I called and was informed the warrenty expired by 2 months ,I was offered 35% off my next one not a replacement. We have been loyal customers since Keurig first started.We will no longer be purchasing a Keurig machine or coffee in the furture.

Leaking and over priced

Mine broke in 1 year it started to Leak. I paid for mine $69 can now they sale sale price $82 from $108 what a joke . The coffee didn’t always comes out Hot don’t know why
