Good tire, horrible online purchase experience

The tire is great but the online purchase experience was far from it. When I ordered online there was stock on hand according to the website and was told that I could pick up next day. When I showed up they said they didn’t have any. I re ordered it however after 2 weeks of waiting (without any notification from the store) I went to the store to cancel the order and found that they had the tire there! Not at all happy with the online purchase experience.
