Great boot - terrible traction

Very snug fitting so the heels don't drag (like most boots of this style). Just wear a regular pair of socks and you'll find they are the perfect temperature. Not too hot so your feet sweat and never cold. Just body temperature all day long. Unfortunately they are terrible on ice!! My 20 year old "ATV" brand boots with barely any tread left had way better grip on ice. Rubber compound must be different. I wanted to like them but unfortunately they are not functional for my use.

well I have several different boots for hunting, and this is by far the best boot I have purchased, I normally have to use my heated stocking and with them boots not once this year, and some day -15c, and noticed that my feet dont sweet in them, I would definitely buy them again, I have used the 20 pluse time now, got them.on sale for $150

These boots are very skookum! Warm and well built here in Canada. Used my old pair for 8 years. Now bought the white set to change it up a little. In my opinion I find Kamiks quite a bit more comfortable and lighter than Baffins. If you take care of them and clean,dry them. They will last for a long time. 10/10
