i picked these up on sale for under 20 bucks almost a year ago and use them regularly and i don't think I've even had to change the batteries yet. this product is great because it allows me to have a free hand to pepper or salt multiple cuts of meat while using the other hand to handle the meat.

I put pink Himalayan salt in the white one and it works perfectly. I put pepper in the black one and it worked great... at first. It lasted about 3 times before it stopped grinding. I can hear it grinding but nothing comes out. So disappointed! Keep that in mind before purchasing!

I like these grinders. Would prefer a rechargeable set next time but for the value can’t go wrong. I use these for salt and pepper and they work great, this other reviewer here gave it a 1 star as they tried to grind fresh herbs in it and didn’t work well. I’ve never put fresh herbs it and never will, it’s a salt and pepper grinder. I chop my fresh herbs with a knife. Overall no issues with this set works great so far
