Great product but many pieces missing to connect the trampoline to the legs. Was surprise gift for my daughter so had to pay a metal fabricator to make all the missing pieces so it could be assembled in time. Not impressed.

Q: How to attach bottom of net? We don't have instructions... how do you attach the net to the springs/mat? Do I need to remove every spring, attach the net and then reattach the spring?

Q: We called the 1-800 number for replacements poles for the netting enclosure and they are too big. Did the pole size change since we ordered the trampoline in March of 2020? I can't find the product number on the unit and am pretty sure we bought the 14'.

A: Hi Last year in the fall of 2020. The trampoline flew. To the point the base of the trampoline a couple of the base of the trampoline are uneven. Can I get a replacement? Or is there something I can do to fix it? Thank you for emailing me!
