Q: Do I need to remove the springs on the trampoline to replace the mesh enclosure?

Q: How many slits are around the outside edge which the springs go through? Another website showed the same product with 56 slits and I"m looking for one with 48 slits. This is as necessary to list in the product specifications as the size.

A: Hello, The net did have 48 slits before the manufacturer made some changes to the style in 2020, however it is still applicable to the 8ft Jumptek. Q: My replacement mesh came with laces, what are those for?

A: Dear customer, Thank you for purchasing Jumptek trampoline. The laces are used to secure the trampoline net to the trampoline frame. Tie one end of the laces to any one of the triangle-rings on the trampoline mat. Loop the other end through the holes on the net and triangle-ring. Repeat the same process for all the laces until the net is fully secured to the trampoline mat.
