Man. On my second pair, the first pair went out after about a year. The case stopped charging them but showed a charged battery. My second pair, I lost one so I used one of my buds from the first pair. Worked great. But again, the case went out after a year and a half and stopped charging them overnight. Kinda sad it happened twice.

Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. A: Yes, our JBL Endurance Race has a Dual Connect feature in which you can either use the right or left earbud in Mono Mode. Please note that they are sold in pairs and we do not sell individual earbuds.

A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Endurance Race has an IP67 rating, making it waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. You can swim laps with them, but prolonged use beyond 30 minutes or deeper than 1 meter is not recommended.

Q: How should I store my headphones when not in use? Everytime I go to use them, the battery is dead. Currently storing them on the case. I'm not using them frequently but it's a frustrating exercise every time I do.

You can use the Auto-off function via the JBL Headphone app. If the charging case of your JBL Endurance Race TWS is not charging, try to use a different charger, adapter or outlet, and clean the charging port if there is a speck of dirt. If the buds are not charging, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Q: Case not charging. Checked inside the charging port and cleaned it there is no debris inside and the case will not charge or turn on. The earbuds work fine it’s just the case.

A: Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Endurance Race has an Ambient Aware and TalkThru feature which keeps you alert to your surroundings while listening to music. It doesn't have a Noise Cancelling feature. You might want to check other models of our JBL TWS earbuds.
