Excellent sound

Love my Flip 6! My old Flip 2 no longer held a charge after 11 years so it was time to upgrade. The sound is spectacular on the Flip 6! Bluetooth connects immediately and the speaker is quite stylish as well. I will be ordering another soon.

I personalized a speaker for my daughter as a Christmas gift. On the speaker i added a picture of her dog. In the sample the picture looked absolutely perfect, but when I received the speaker the real live picture look really faded. You cant really tell what the picture is. I am very dissatisfied and i am even embarrassed to give her the gift. I did pay a lot of money, so i am going to anyway.

Malheureusement la FLIP6 commandée en reconditionnée est arrivée défectueuse...alors qu'elle est censée avoir été reconditionnée et donc vérifiée... Impossible de la charger ni de l'allumer. Retour à l'expéditeur.
Le service client a néanmoins été réactif pour me proposer un échange ou un retour.

Après utilisation de l’enceinte Flip 6, commandée en ligne sur le site JBL, j’en suis pleinement satisfait, elle correspond à mes attentes. Malgré sa petite taille très pratique, la qualité du son rivalise avec certaines enceintes de grande taille. Je recommande.

Sound perfect but constantly disconnect from my laptop. I reset, restart but never work perfect as other brands. I will not recommend this product if you are using windows 11.

A: There is a basic equaliser in the downloadable JBL speaker app and I know this from info on this site. But the questions really are? If you pair two Flip 6s, does the app adjust the tone of both speakers in the pair simultaneously? Or do you have to link each speaker one at a time sequentially to your phone app and adjust each speakers individually, then pair them? And if you adjust the Flip 6 tone through the app, does it remember the settling when disconnected from the phone app? So that it remembers it's tone when you pair it to your JBL Spinner BT (which has a tendency to sound a bit bright).

Q: So, I have the Flip 6 and I've read it can be dropped into a body of water up to 1m deep for 30 minutes, though I've noticed the charging port is completely exposed? How does that work?

A: Thank you for your question. This information is correct, as the Flip 6 has an IP67 rating. The reason that the exposed port is not an issue is because the speaker uses a waterproof USB-C port. Q: How do I easily reconnect after walking away with the music source? I have two, in stereo partyboost, power connected. On return they are asleep, press button to wake, again to power down, again power up, then partyboost. x2 speakers - 8 presses!

A: I have initiated contact with support. However, to update my original question - I have discovered that I only need to do the 4 presses on one speaker, not both. The second speaker will connect with the first for stereo automatically without rebooting it.

A: There is no harm in leaving your JBL Flip 6 connected to electricity at all times. You can simply pick it up, unplug it from the charger and be on your way, knowing that you have a full charge. The battery will not overcharge. However, if you’d like to conserve electrical energy, disconnect from charging.

A: Thanks for your question. No, you cannot pair a JBL Flip 4 with a JBL Flip 6 using PartyBoost or Connect+. Our JBL Flip 4 uses JBL Connect+, while our JBL Flip 6 uses the PartyBoost feature, and these two technologies are not compatible with each other. That means you can’t link them to play audio simultaneously from the same source.
