Not fair, not cool.

Some clamps did not hold their position, and we're sliding under mild pressure. Although unfortunate, what made the experience worse was that Canadian Tire did not refund me. All I could get is a credit. If I purchase something that is defective, why would the consumer be penalized? This is seriously making me reconsider future purchases.
