Love this brand in the past. This time my 3/4 HP is Loud and doesn't grind food scraps very well. Only 3 months old.

Excellent disposal but on the pricey side, replacement for a 10yr old badger so it did last longer than the manufacturers 7 to 8 yr average lifespan.

So far so good!

I installed it myself, was quite easy. The unit was smaller than my last one so it gave me more room under the sink. Its not very quiet but it is only on for a few seconds, so who cares! The only thing i dont like is the danger of items falling into it as it does not have a cover that drains the water. To solve this problem i put my drain stopper in the hole and it drains the water while preventing items from falling in. works well and am happy with it so far.

I bought insinkinator and ask them for equal payment, but they charged me whole cost in one payment
