It works but I feel Canadian Tire can do better with getting the product to the customer. There are other stores that carried this item when I ordered it on like but they never took from another store to fill the order it took a month to get to me. Why doesn't Canadian tire look at the stock other stores have and pull from one before ordering from the company the makes the product?

Poor inventory control.

The pulley and the bore are measured in inches and the set screw hole is in millimetres. Also the “ matching “set screws in the same bin are imperial inch measurements. Very confusing? This will be a big problem for the average person!

Well made pulley at excellent price

I was very relieved when my online purchase of this pulley turned out well. There was a 1 star review on the product but turns out person wasn't very resourceful. Fyi set screw size is 5/16" in whatever length you want. I chose 1/2" and is perfect. Innoda only makes 1 size set screw and they are also available through CT.

Nobody at CDN Tire knows what size the set screw required is. No set screw provided. No product details to advise customers of the set screw size in the product description.
