Good product

Filters are easy to remove and washes extremely well. Installation is fairly simple with one exception which is the electrical box not easily accessible and making it difficult to reinstall after connections are completed. Overall good lighting and great suction

This fan looks great. It's sleek with clean lines and looks very professional. Lights are at the back although there is adequate lighting. Three speeds for the fan, and one for the light. Fairly quiet on the highest level (5).
However, a real struggle to install and you need to have patience and you need 2 people to install. The wires within the hood fan are boxed and you need to remove the lid, connect the wires, then screw the lid back on. Someone has to hold it while you do this. The back and top are prescored for venting. They are easy to remove.
Lots of effort to install this unit but it's really worth it. It's quiet and it looks really nice.

It works very well however the lights are at the back of the hood and it doesn’t light enough. For this reason very disappointed.

Handy man’s frustration, lots of cussing guaranteed!

My husband is very handy and can put together something from nothing. However, the cut out panels (where it would attach to the duct) on this range hood were not cut at all. He had to cut out the panel himself. The way the range hood is put together made it impossible to attach it to the cabinet so he had to improvise. There were many sharpe edges on this unit causing many cuts to his hands.
It is however, sleek and quiet. We like the way it looks and functions.
It would have been a 5 star rating from us if it was at least made correctly.
If you are not really good at improvising or doing handy work, you shouldn’t purchase this.

This range hood is excellent. The fan has three speeds, plenty of light, easy to hook up and easy to clean. No filters to replace. It matches my appliances nicely.

Q: how many scones on the low setting and medium levels? It states 5 scones (loudness) is this on the high setting? Also if it does not fit can I return it for full refund?

Q: Bulb went out less then a day after installation and now can't unlock the light area to replace bulb. Any suggestions on how to get the bulb out to replace?

A: If the bulb is difficult to remove we suggest using something that can suction to the bulb and then turn. Only the bulb needs to be turned, not the outer ring.

A: There is 4 speeds. Powerfull 450CFM motor do not require at most time to use at max power, who is louder (but acceptable) at 7.0sones. We do have a great appreciation rating comment and no complain about sound
