Seems good to me.

Fit the hole, and cleaned out a little bit of grime. Did it's job with my labour at the end of the day. Cheaper than paying a chimney sweep on an annual basis.

Perfect fit for a 6 inch chimney and does a great job of cleaning it out fast! The wire brush is way better than and much faster than the poly brushes. Works great for the chimney pipe and the stove pipe.

Q: I am looking at a 6" wire chimney brush & want to know if the joints on the fibre glass roda are crimpedon? I want to know how secure are the joints on the fibre glass rods as I don't want to sweep a difficult chimney only to find that the brush has come off and is stuck in the chimney.

A: The fiberglass rods have a 3/8” thread on each end. One rod screws into the next rod and the brush screws into the fiberglass rod. Hand tighten and the brush is very secure in the rod.
