Balance Pods

Don't know why it says 2 pack, it comes with 4 of them. If you're looking for a challenge to your balance, this is the best cheap option. These definitely give a nice challenge and what is not mentioned is they tend to suction-cup to the floor. I use them most often as stepping stones so I can work my ankles even just going from the TV to the fridge and back.

I'm not using this as intended function. I am using this as... bike trainer rockers. since rigid position indoor causes knee pain on clipless pedal, i needed side to side motion to mitigate stress on the knee. came across a video on youtube, saw these. and bingo, made my own rocker.
