Bad design

Compared to the aqua bounce (similar product), the design is very poor and not not well thought out. Three primary reasons: 1) the platform to climb up,is not very stable, does not have enough handles in correct positions making it extremely difficult for anyone above the age of 10 to climb aboard; 2) while the connectors for the rope may prevent it from ripping easily, it is difficult to connect in the water due to location underneath and 3) the slide is too narrow without any real edge so most of the time kids and adults just fall off the sides and can't really slide down. Don't get me started on the course texture of the surface you have to climb up on. Don't recommend

A: The only replacement valves that we sell are Boston Valve two packs SKU: 079-7087. That is our best recommendation without actually seeing the product.

Q: How quick/easy is putting this product up or taking it down? Does it use a pump that comes with?

A: It does not come with a pump. Depending on the size of the pump, it can take 20 min to 1 hr. With a 3 psi pump it will only take 15-20 min.
