I have a big yard and it doesn’t even loose a light on the battery. Never had one that had such a good battery. The adjustable height is also awesome!

Electric > Gas and it shows

Works great! I use it for personal use against weeds and small shrubs in my yard and it handles itself well. It doesn't come with a shoulder strap but, without a heavy gas tank, it is light enough not to need it.

Husqvarna cordless trimmer

Its been great so far, had a corded one before and we love not having to be plugged in all the time. We have a town lot and so far we’ve been able to use it about 3 times before needing a recharge. Battery has a charge indicator on it so we just keep an eye on that and charge it at one bar so the trimmer has never died on us half way through a job as of yet. Really easy to use, would recommend for sure. It is the only cordless trimmer we’ve ever owned though so can’t compare it to any other brand.

A: I do not recall if a battery and charger were included in the original purchase, however, I did get a battery and charger before leaving the store. Quite happy with the unit. It lasts long enough for my needs and is sufficiently powerful for the job.

Q: is the shaft detachable for additional attachment options?

A: No, the extendable length shaft is just for ergonomic usage and storage modes. The unit itself is not attachment capable.

Q: I want to know how easy it is to replace the line. That is the problem with my current one, which is yard works. I HATE replacing the line. Is it a spool feed or can you replace the line yourself? Do it have the automatic feed for the string?

A: The 115iL has a bump feed head. The line is fairly easy to replace. The best way to learn about replacing the line is to type "Husqvarna trimmer line replacement" into the search field on YouTube.com and watch one of the many simple instruction videos.
