Huntshield Fully-Assembled 24-Gun Security Cabinet/Safe, 25.5 x 20.5 x 55-in

Well built. Lots of room!

I bought this cabinet summer 2023. My lock stopped working. The key can rotate 90 degré but i feel no friction from the mechanism opening. I called canadian Tire and they gave me a number to call that take care of the warranty of the gun cabinet. At first she told me to lay the cabinet on its back and it should help if something is blocking the mechanism.. It did nothing. Since i dont have the receipt, they won't do anything as the cabinet was built more than 3 years ago. And there is no way for them to know i bought it in the recent year. Even tho they would place it under their warranty, what i understood they would do is they would ship me an other lock with two more keys (which cost around 50$ + shipping). I asked her wth i was supposed to do with that. The cabinet won't open! and i'm in a rush. Hunting season started. She told me i had to drill the lock myself. Terrible service. I'm really soft on my things and its not like i went in my gun cabinet over and over to look at my guns.... i might have opened it less than 20 times? and now my gun are locked and i'm pissed off. Last huntshield thing i will buy.

Je suis très délicats avec mes biens. Mon armoire a fait défaut et la clé n’active plus le mécanisme d’ouverture. J’ai écrit a CT qui m’ont donné un numero pour la garantie huntshield. En premier lieu ils ont l’option pour le francais mais personne ne parlait francais. Ils croyaient que quelque chose bloquait de l’intérieur et m’ont demandé de coucher l’armoire. Ça na rien changer. Je leur expliquait que le loquet tourne sans qu’il n’y ait de resistance mais ils étaient indifferent. En second lieu ils me demandaient une preuve d’achat. Mais je ne l’ai pas gardé. Ils disent que sans preuve d’achat ils ne peuvent rien faire. En discutant davantage, je comprends que la seule chose qu’ils auraient fait aurait été de me fournir un nouveau loquet. Garantie ou pas, je dois moi-même percer à la drill la porte de mon armoire que j’ai acheté il y a moins d’un an!! Mes armes sont inaccessibles à la veille de la chasse et la garantie m’oblige a faire de moi un serrurier. C’est incroyable. N’encouragez pas cette compagnie exécrable.
