Damaged and defective

When I got this out of the box there were two massive dents on the sides and the bottom was very scratched up. These weren't small scratchs but ones that criss-crossed across the entire bottom making it clear someone dragged this across a rough surface. When I went to try to open the door, there was a lot of resistance to the key going in. Once it was in it wouldn't turn and it couldn't be opened.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Purchased one took it home to find out it was bent and the door wouldn't work returned it got a rain check when I went to get another it was also bent and broken and the other one in stock the top was bent in don't waste your time with this product you'll just be disappointed

Great, came dirty.

The safe over all is great, I received it with no dents, good paint job. Thin metal but lets be honest most safes are thin and easy to grind into. The safe does its job, keeps my guns away from family and children. The ONLY con with the safe is it came dirty. Metal shards/dust all over the inside of both the provided safes, very inconvenient. My throat hurt putting it together & I had to wash it down with a hose and buy shop vac to get rid of the rest of it out. The factory really should wash it/shop-vac it before packaging... besides that, great safe at a great price point.

Good storage cabinet

I've had this cabinet for about a year now with no issues. No dents in mine like others have had issues with when opening. CT staff loaded it in my truck. Was easy to handle and move into the house unlike a safe would be. Secures to floor and wall with included lag bolts if you'd like. I like the fact that you can customize the shelving to what suits your needs. Bonus accessories like the scope mounts and ammo box are a plus. I added motion lights that turn on when I open the door. Would get 5 stars if the sale price was the regular price. Remember this is not a safe, but will keep kids out.
