My son got this for his birthday two weeks ago and from day one it seems like it’s off track. I tried to figure out but it just seems faulty. Not good. Not a good toy

The car can never complete the track
a year ago
The track spring angle is off, the car can never make the jump and arrive on the other side. Therefore, none of the cars can complete the track. The track is not playable.
I bought it for kids birthday gift, all I got is disappointment.
