Unit failed after two years. Avoid at all costs.

Treadmill was great at first, but started to develop quirks after about a year. The elevation controls on the handles would sometimes stop responding. It was workable until last week when the unit's display began strobing and would no longer operate at all. For the cost of a unit like this you'd expect it to last longer.
On top of that, the support offered by the vendor for a product still in warranty was atrocious. Do your future self a favour and get a different one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great machine. Gets used a LOT and its holding up. Both my husband and myself use it daily, as well as our 12 year old daughter who periodically uses it as well. I have no issue's, maybe the only thing is after a year its a bit louder, but we don't care because we usually have headphones or a movie on while we're on it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

So far a few issues...but seems to be a good running treadmill

We had the 7.0 AT delivered to our house yesterday. I made a mistake and had it delivered to my garage. It took two men with a furniture dolly to move it into the house. It took roughly 3 hours to put it together. The final step has not been done yet. It is two plastic covers that were not lined up with the holes in the metal portion of the treadmill. Now, I need to spend time to drill holes in the plastic covers to match the holes drilled into the metal. Ugh! Other than a few issues listed above, it seems to be a good treadmill for runners at a good price.

Not Enough Time

This is a tricky one as it took over a month to get my treadmill and after only using for 2 weeks, the console died and needs replacing. So since ordering this the day after Thanksgiving, it is now February and I'm still waiting on a console replacement so it is hard to really rate how good this treadmill is since I haven't really got to enjoy it.
