Questions
Q: Why does the motor head stay on when I use the hose extensions? For this Wind Tunnel whole house model? There is no switch to turn the motor head off when using hose extensions, why?
a year agoA: That is a great question. The on/off roller brush option is not available on this model. Options vary with each model.

a year agoA: That is a great question. The Roller Brush will continue to spin. Please select the Bare Floor setting.
