DO NOT BUY! Dangerous and fragile

Purchased this steamer about a year ago. Used occasionally. Within a month of owning this, the soap reservoir had a crack in it which caused us to not be able to use soap. Though we continued using it as it was a large investment for us. Then shortly after the whole thing fell apart at the connector were the reservoir meets the handle, causing my wife to get a steam burn on her hand. The bottom connect also tends to come apart giving your foot a lovely steam burn. This is a death trap. At first we purchased it because we liked the fact that it was a multi use item as well with the reservoir on the top figured it would be more ergonomically friendly. But we were very wrong EXTREMELY TOP HEAVY, will fall no matter where you put it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I have laminated floors throughout my house and tiles in the kitchen and this steam mop did an amazing job!! I absolutely love it. The steam comes out very quickly and it dries in seconds as you’re cleaning. Usually there are foot print marks on my laminated floors and this mop takes it right out and leaves the floors shiny.

I brought this home and it did absolutely nothing. The worst floor cleaning machine ive ever purchased. There was no telling my floors were just deep cleaned. I also used attachments and used this mop on hard floors, carpet, even the walls! Nada...nothing...I had it boxed up and returned that very day. Waste of gas getting to the store if you ask me. P.s. Canadian Tire staff were great. They always are!

Had to return this item now twice

The Hoover brand in my past experience has be awesome I had the twin tank duo which lasted forever it does plug up with hard water residue and I needed to replace it so I purchased the new 3 in 1 and first time use is awesome but for whatever reason the solution dispenser stops working this was a bummer for me my last Hoover lasted for 10 years possibly...

La vapeur a plutôt tendance a monter dans les air, alors il n'y a presque pas d'eau sur le plancher pour le nettoyer. C'est tellement long comme processus, on nettoie une planche à la fois! Alors je me demande si je ne fais pas quelque chose de pas correct, mais j’ai suivi les instructions. Une chance j'ai acheté cet article en spécial! J'ai aussi essayé la tête en acier pour nettoyer la céramique... résultat vraiment peu convaincant... de l'eau de javel avec une brosse c'est 100x mieux!

Q: Est ce que le truc en plastique doit rester autour de la tete de vadrouille? Le truc de plastique grafigne le bois et la tête de vadrouille touche a peine le plancher. Si j'enlève le truc de plastique alors c'est la tête de vadrouille qui ne tient pas en place.
