Useless product, small water tank

Very small water tank and very little steam comes out even when turned to max. Worse than an actual mop

Great Product.

I did get it on sale but I really liked that it is a handheld as well as mop. It feels so much cleaner using steam. Not to heavy to run, lots of cord and easy to use and set up and to store. love that it has a bag to hold the attachments. I bought it as had a flea issue and steam will kill the eggs. Flea eggs can be dormant for up to a year so flare up keep happening til you kill them all. I never saw a flea but I got bit. .

I got a handful of good uses with this product before it failed after a few months. Given the brand, you would expect a better quality product but boy was I mislead by the reviews. I got over the leaking and the small water capacity but overall it's not worth the money.
Ergonomically the product also receives low marks - the only way to enable the steam function is to constantly be pressing down on either the handle lever or a button on the portable steam machine.
Would not recommend this product at all!!

A: That is a great question. Model WH20541 does not have the accessories like the WH21000. The WH2100 is a 10-in-1 All-Purpose Steam Cleaner with Handheld and two controls so you can adjust your level of steam for different size jobs.

Q: what powers this machine? Is it plugged into an electrical outlet when in use or does use it a rechargeable battery source? I didn't see any mention of the power source for the steam generation except that it takes only 30 seconds to produce steam.
