Great performance

I bought this hand vac one year ago, and am very pleased with it's performance. It works very well on uphostery for dust or pet hair, cleaning hardwood stairs, getting into corners, cleaning up dry spills and cleaning furnace ducts & filters. Battery holds it's charge, have never had it run down. I believe for it's intended use , it performs well.

I have read so many reviews and all complain about the same thing. The rotary brush WILL stop working. Tried to contact Hoover. Waited 20 minutes on hold and gave up. Save your money. Don't buy this one.

If you are buying this Power Vac to clean up dog hair...don't waste your money. I Bought this hand vac to clean up the dog hair my dogs leave on the couch and stairs, the only way it sucks hair up, is if you actually pick it up with your fingers and feed it to the machine. I thought spending more on a hand vac would get me a better unit. Unfortunately that was not the way it turned out in this case. Very disappointed in this item.
