Outperforms the Dyson V8

My old Dyson V8 was on its last legs as the battery charge only lasted 10-15 minutes. A new battery was $200 so I decided to look at new. I picked this vacuum up on a Black Friday sale. Holy cow. The charge says 45 minutes but I would say it lasted well over an hour on a combination of high and regular suction. It is small, lighter weight but has way better suction even on low than the Dyson did. The canister and filters are equally easy to clean. All in all this is a better product for substantially less than the Dyson V8

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received the Hoover Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum from Influenster for review purposes. I use this vacuum mainly to tackle pet hair, and honestly, it was easy to figure out from the start — no confusing instructions. The four included attachments are genuinely useful. I use the 2-in-1 dusting brush on shelves and blinds all the time. The large and mini pet tools do a great job on my dog's favorite spot on the couch, and unlike past vacuums, I didn’t spend ages dealing with tangled hair. Brushes pop off easily, too. It’s lightweight, doesn’t tire out my arm, and the wall mount was a breeze to install. The battery charges up quickly and has lasted through my regular cleanings so far. One downside: after grooming, fine hairs stuck at the edge between tile and carpet were tricky, especially when the battery dipped below 15%. Emptying the bin is simple and not messy.
