Waste of money and time

I bought this product last year and its broken with in a year. Numerous problems. I took it to canadian tire they told me its only one month return policy and warranty is all through Hoover. They gave me a number to call. I communicated with hoover asking them to take my product and fix it as it says 3 years warranty on it. But they just told me to do the same things what I did numerous times for trouble shooting!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Awful batteries - 3 of 4 were defective

I bought two of these on sale. Two batteries died after one charge. I returned the entire vacuum for a new one. One of the two brand new batteries was already defective. Love the vacuum, absolutely worthless batteries. And don't expect Hoover to actually get back to you.

Poor batteries!

Bought this vacuum 3 days ago. Charged up the batteries full before using. My husband tried to vacuum our small 2 bedroom apartment. Each battery lasted 11 minutes then turned red and died. Your add said batteries would last 90 minutes! Very disappointing that l can’t vacuum my small apt with 2 batteries!

Battery drains very fast and does not last

Got the Hoover a couple years ago, the first battery died within a year, purchased a new battery pack, used it for 30 minutes once a week, and bingo it died as well, less than a year. How is it possible for battery packs to just go so fast? Very disappointed in the overall performance.

broken twice in 7 months

bought Aug 2023. plastic piece broke Feb 2024. hoover replaced.
another plastic piece broke April 2024.
CANNOT GET THROUGH HOOVER CALL CENTRE.
left 4 requests for call back. no return calls.
I want to return to Canadian Tire and get my money back
