Q: When using vacuum for the 1st time my beater bar kept stopping and light Turing off the light would turn red and stop I just wonder why this is happening
3 years agoA: Red means the bag is full - you need to empty it when full and continue to use OR it could be that the battery needs recharging. Check both those things but I love this vacuum.

Q: Just purchased this vacuum. It advertises 2 batteries with up to 90 mins of runtime. I can only find one battery in the box.. Help!!

Q: Does this vacuum have a wall mount? I just purchased this vacuum and I don’t see a wall mount in the box, written on the box, it says wall mount included.

Q: Do you have to manual clean the head of the vacuum brush of hair and string? or does it automatically go in the dirty bin?
3 years agoA: You can clean it. There is a little latch on the side of the casing that your able to pull the roller out of the head to clean it.

Q: How long will the battery hold a charge while waiting for next time need to use it?
3 years agoA: Each battery on its own is 45 minutes in use. This covers my whole condo 1200 square feet. if you happen to need more you will be fine as it comes with 2 batteries. Lets say you run out of one and now plug it back in - you will need about one hour to recharge if both are not charged. I highly recommend this vacuum. i purchased one for my mom, my daughter, my cottage and house. Just love it. the pet one costs more but wait until its on sale. extremely good vacuum.

Q: How does the light on the bottom of the vacuum turn on. With either the floor or carpet attachment, the light is not on.
3 years agoA: Actually, when powered on, the light is not on. I just figured out that the second function (for the cleaning roll to turn) must be activated for the light to go on.

4 years agoA: Yes, it is a seperate charger so you can still use the vacuum with one battery while the other charges. Though I find I get a lot of runtime with the single battery, only once on a major home cleanup did I need to change it.
