A: if you want to clean a stain you have use solution, otherwise it's just water which you have to pour on the carpet and the Hoover sucks it up.

A: Hey i have this model. It is not heated. so you would need to pre treat for older stains. If there really bad. It’s best you upgrade to a heated model

Q: curious as to why the website lists the solution tank as 1.5L capacity, but can only fill the small tester bottles worth, which is 150mL in size. I would have guessed a mixup with the dirty water tank, but the max fill line only holds about 250-300mL
