Q: How to buy extra or extended life battery? In response to Question 3 ("What is in the box?"), Hoover rep Giselle said we can purchase extended life battery (25min runtime). Where is the option? Cannot find it on either the Canadian Tire or Hoover site.

Q: Model Number Distinction In an earlier post it was stated that the model was the BH52120AC however the box at the store shows BH52120CD - what is the distinction? The 52120AC should come with the mini-turbo tool as well as a spare filter. Does the CD include these items?

You also have the option of purchasing the extended life battery which provides 25 minutes of run-time vs 15 minutes, which can be purchased at any time on our website. In the package at time of purchase, you'll also have a bonus primary filter. The Air Cordless 2-in-1 Deluxe is a convenient lightweight quick pick-up stick vacuum and handvac!
