I bought this because I have been looking for a quiet fan for when I am sleeping. I tried one at a cabin I rented and it was awesome! The first one I bought had a noisy motor, a god-awful hum that kept me awake all night. I thought that maybe it was a dud, returned it, and bought a second one to try. It had the same god-awful hum as the first one. I am not impressed and this one will also be returned.

Please do yourself a favour by not buying this fan because it is loud , not at all suitable for bedroom , it’s is also expensive it only looks good but as the ad claims as whisper quiet it’s not true and within a year my fan broke down and also the remote is sloppy and slippery round remote .

No, I do not recommend this product.
