J'utilise ce produit depuis un an, je l'ai utilisé quelquefois dans mon cabanon. Pas plus que 10 et pis je l'utilise pour réchauffer euh l'intérieur d'une chambre 10x6 de Motel et déjà le régulateur de vitesse m'a, lâché, il fonctionne en 1re donc à low et pis le radiateur semble Lâcher. Maintenant après un mois intensivement ....

Garbage heater

Quit after a few uses, complete garbage and no support. Part I need is not available anymore. What does that tell you about these heaters. DO NOT buy.

Stopped working after 1 year

Great heater if you’re only looking to get a year out of it. Used it last winter to keep my single car garage above freezing. It did just enough for what I needed. This year it started okay, until one day the fan squealed and screeched to a halt. The heater was only ever used indoors. Totally faulty product and unacceptable quality.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Does this heater have a three prong plug? We have a glassed in front porch with a cement floor and stone walls and no outlet to plug a heater into. We cannot use an extension cord but the cord on this heater should reach the closest outlet.

Q: How low can the thermostat be set. I only want to keep my garage at 5 - 8 c

A: Set your heater at low or high ,turn the thermostat to high, when you reach the desired temperature on a separate thermometer, slowly turn the thermostat until the fan stops, and that should be your temp.

A: It depends on if your garage is insulated or not. Even if it’s not insulated, it will heat the area that you’re working in. I find that it meets my needs pretty well.

A: Thank you for your inquiry Roger. We do not measure the CFM of the heater. A heater is rated on the BTUs it generates. This unit generates 5118 BTUs on high. Q: What is the minimum temperature that this unit can control the temperature to ? Really only need the unit to keep a space at a minimum temperature of say 10 degrees Celsius or maybe even less !

A: Thank you for your inquiry. This heater is made for supplemental heating. The thermostat on the unit is a relative thermostat and no one spot equates to specific temperature. To set the thermostat, you need to turn the unit to the highest level until the room is at the temperature you want, then slowly turn the thermostat down till you hear a click. This will set the thermostat to keep the room at that temperature.
