Q: Does it have an override that will keep it shut off even if the temperature goes below 7 degrees?

A: Hi Benjinho! The Honeywell Economy Linevolt Thermostat does not come with wiring, you will want to go with an 18-gauge sized thermostat wiring. Hope this helps!
