Unfortunately, it didn't work. The button and the chime device won't pair. I followed the instructions, I looked online for advice. Sadly, nothing worked. I'll have to try and return it.

Doorbell was very simple to install and program; compact and attractively designed. Base unit unfortunately covers two plug outlets; would have been nice if plug-in section was located at the top but otherwise very nice. Push chime buttons use standard button batteries which is great!

A: Ours only has one portable speaker unit. It is good to about 20 feet from the doorbell. It is an attractive and functional unit with a good battery life and sensible features. We would but you it again.

A: We have a 4 level house and have the bell on level two, one push on level 1 and one push on level 3 with no problems with transmission, the ground level push is behind a steel door
