No programming memory

Total junk. At power off, the stat looses all its programming. You need to start all over again, a complicated operation. Now, after 6 months, the computer is all over the place. Junk.

Hi savage966, after a power outage this thermostat will hold the Date and Time for 2 hours. When the thermostat is set to Off/Standby the thermostat will preserve the time and date if it is still wired properly. Parfait pour la salle de bain. J’apprécie le mode minuterie qui permet d’augmenter la température par tranches de 15 minutes. Le thermostat reprend ensuite la température programmée. Bref, pas de risque d’oubli de rabaisser la température.

There was nothing wrong with the thermostat, as it turns out, the rental property I am living in is OLD and the furnace is not compatible with this thermostat. The CSR was very helpful as well. All in all a very good experience with CTC.

Keeps showing LP on screen

I have 2 of these and both of them will randomly go into "LP" mode, which I assume means Low Power? It's completely random when it happens and the unit is unresponsive. It's incredibly frustrating
