Great for short-term use but painful on buttocks

I just purchased the Shiatsu pro plus for work to replace the oldie but goodie massage chair from homedics that was gifted to me by my deceased mother. I hate that it wore out. But the new model is great for short term use but not for all day use. Today I noticed my work chair had indentation from the massage pro plus and my buttocks was in pain from sitting on it for 3 hours. I need something for all day use due to my back was injured in a car vs bus accident. I will probably keep it for home use, but i need to do more research on finding a massager that doesn't have hard mechanism in the seat.

I have owned this model for a few years and love it. Lately, due to back muscle issues, I have been using the Shiatsu Pro Plus much more often. In fact, I brought it with me during an extended trip (via car) and used it at my niece's home. My niece tried using it and loved it so much that I purchased a second one for her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased this massager over & over. For price it is the best an most versatile, w/spot treatment. I'm quite hard on this machine, and usually wear the fabric out before the machine breaks.
