Q: What width of screws would work with this?

A: We suggest using the screws of the size of M4*35 mm(the width/diameter is 4mm and the length is 35mm) to work with the bracket

Q: Will this hold up my 53lb TV? My TV is 37", weight is 53lbs. I'll be using 2-10x12 brackets to hold up a 2x12 board, on which the TV and its stand will fit. I'd expect 65lbs total. The bracket says it holds 80lb (per bracket?). Will the 2 brackets hold this weight? Screw length?

A: The capacity for 2 pcs 10x12" bracket is 80 lbs, so holding the TV will have no problem. The screw length depends on the material thickness. The vendor suggests to use a special TV rack for holding as the screws would be loose for long time holding which would cause damage to the TV.
