Doesnt Work

I have now bought two of these and both have the exact same problem. It will not reset, after it goes off, tapping on it does not wake it up. I have to pulll battery and put back in. It will then work once only. After it goes off I can not wake it up again by tapping or stepping on it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Stopped working after a year

This scale was perfect until it stopped working after just over one year of use. We have kept it in a bathroom cabinet so as not to dammage it when not in use, and all of a sudden, it stopped working. One of the sensors no longer works and the scale can no longer turn on in full (it turns on then displays a few dashes and then turns off). Thought it to be the battery - this is not the case. So I just bought $15 battery for a $30 scale that no longer works. Bad investment.

No, I do not recommend this product.
