RIDICULEMENT BRUYANT!!!! Je regrette amèrement d'avoir acheter ce climatiseur à l'avance; trop tard pour l'échanger et il ne convient définitivement pas à une chambre a coucher. Il part et arrête aux 5 minutes au lieu de se mettre en mode fan. Cependant, si vous cherchez une machine à insomnie garantie, c'est la bonne cochonneries!

I tried running this for a couple months and it just got really frustrating it would just shut off all the time when the condensation would build up too fast for it to evaporate and shut the machine off and you would have to empty it out as noted with all the other reviews it's the same issue

as a refrigeration mechanic this thing was nothing but problems and ended up taking it back it just constantly would not keep up evaporating the condensation so it would fill up and shut off as noted in pretty much every other review

Q: What is the maximum dimension of the pannel that goes on the window? I'm looking to install it vertically and the hight of my window is 57 inches.

A: The kit comes with 4 sliding slats. The configuraton table only shows using three of the four slats. If you use all four then the length is 60", I do not understand why they dont show this. I installed into a 57" window with no problems.

A: Thanks Valerie. Yes it matters to me. I have a very small room and with all the stuff inside I cannot place the unit close to a window. It has to be far, I will need about 90 in (59in will not be long enough) so I wanted to know so I can purchase an extension exhaust hose with a coupler.

A: The unit is designed to be waterless in that it will not require draining under normal usage circumstances. However, in some situations when the unit is run around the clock or under high humidity, the reservoir will fill and the e5 error will come on. In that case, you will need to empty the unit using a drain pan or an attached garden hose. The exhaust hose must be connected to disperse any excess moisture and the hot air out a window in order to adequately cool the room.
