It took a bit but I finally found it in store and it was exactly what I needed for my TV bracket. The product met my expectation but I’m giving a four-star rating because I take exception to the comment made by the staff on that aisle. I asked for the product and needed to try it out and his immediate response was “as long as you don’t pocket it”. I shrugged it off because in my opinion it says more about the staff than myself but looking back in retrospect, I feel I was racially profiled. This is the second time I’m leaving the Waterdown store with this kind of feeling. The first being when I bought garbage and recycle bins. The staff referred to the “kind of work that I do” without any prior conversation. If it means anything to the management at this location, staff should be given the necessary training.
