Q: I mean the body has smaller diameter? Will the head be flat with the surface of above mentioned 4"x4" Flat Corner Iron?

A: The best way to make the head flat with the surface of the flat corner lron or angle lron as it is commonly referred to is to use a countersinking tool to make a tapered hole for the he ad to fit into. This will make the head flush the angle iron surface.
