Hi Mountain Sweet & Spicy Blend Jerky Kit is a beautiful marriage of two great tastes. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. I purchased this product to make deer jerky and it came out with very little to no flavor ,wasted 5 lbs of meat. I have tried this product along time ago and had similar results. Never again.
